Service Description

It is the ultimate pleasure to be at one with your body and your surroundings. This class is available to all levels. We will do a lot of breath work and a simple, smooth vinyasa flow to the rhythm of the waves, as they crash softly against the shore. We will meet at 18:30 by Het Puntje - an amazing, chilled bar at the border of the naked beach in Scheveningen. We will then walk about 5min to find a quiet spot for the class. The session lasts 60min, and there is a free drink included in the price of the ticket at Het Puntje to have directly after the class. Bring a blanket or a yoga mat, sun lotion and water.
