Namaslay

yoga

Breath, sound and movement - the three most fundamental elements of yoga are synergised into a new format in this fun class that mixes yoga and dance into one.

​

We are going to flow, breathe and namaslay, as we move through various poses that were lined up in a sequence that yogis of all levels shall find interesting and challengingTo help us through the difficult moments an army of pop divas, including Beyonce, Lizzo and Dua Lipa will be there to give us the necessary backup.

​

I use some of my favourite pop tunes as a form of mantra to help my yogis centre themselves in their bodies, and loose their bodies to the rhythm of the music. The schedule is divided into themes that are combined into a 7 week plan. Each changeover gets new songs and different, fabulous vinyasa flows to keep things interesting for everyone.

​

The classes are currently on hold while the lockdown continues. Hopefully these will be back in full swing from March!
